Implement dole system

 I AM concern about the ever growing population and the overwhelming of social and health problems like malnutrition and the selling of betel nut. For sure there are no quick fixes or cures but if the government has the money to fix old buildings and build new roads, I am pretty sure the government must have enough money to have a dole system so the less fortunate people may be able to stay in their place of origin instead of flooding to the cities to live in makeshift settlements. I plea to Prime Minister Peter O’Neill’s government to implement the dole system.
