Improve teachers’ conditions

 THE real growth in quality education is our students depending on effective teaching and learning between utilisation of learning materials, teachers and children.

If the government is serious in educating young people, look no further than improving teachers’ salary and welfare conditions.

Increasing education subsidy, subsidising learning materials and building infrastructures without the absence of fully satisfied teachers will not improve the quality of education.
