UNDER the regional assistance for Pacific Islands Forum countries, the government of India through its High Commission in Port Moresby has donated K192,500 to Don Bosco Araimiri Secondary School in Gulf.

The money is for buying computers and bunk beds for the school.

In a small function at the Indian High Commission in Port Moresby, Acting High Commissioner C K Damodaran handed over the cheque to the rector of the school Fr Clifford Morais.

Morais thanked the Government of India for the help and assured that the students and their parents in Gulf greatly appreciated the gesture which would go a long way to help the students in their studies.
