Investigate “ construction company”

 NEAR Apex Park at Boroko, some Asians have moved in next door with their heavy equipments. 

They must be operating a construction company from their residence. 

It is bad enough with their heavy equipment parked on the roadside, now they are bringing large containers which are placed on the sidewalk. 

Can the NCDC do some investigating to find out why these foreigners are running a business in the middle of a housing area?
