Investigate primary school

 I JUST wonder how the administration of the Homu SDA Primary School can charge the parents and guardians K200 as project fee while other schools are enjoying the privileges of the government’s free education policy. Can anyone in the education department who is responsible for this matter take action and investigate this school because they are getting extra money from the parents.
