Issue with BSP

I AM a customer of BSP for many years and I do appreciate some of the business that BSP does for its customers and the general public.
However not all things BSP does goes down well with its customers.
I went to BSP Goroka Branch to register myself for the SMS Banking service.
It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for my SMS Banking services to be activated.
I followed up on this numerous times but always received the same response: “Our IT specialist in Pom is currently working on it”.
In addition to that, the customer service at Goroka Branch is very slow. One can wait for four to five hours in the queue before being served.
I would not be joining the queue if my SMS service was activated.
