Jobs for expats

LET me share some of my general views as a concerned citizen and as a nationalist, born here in my mother land and will be here for the rest of my life till I die.
Foreigners on specific contract jobs here have their days numbered so they try to maximise their short-stay to make or break the most of everything.
Therefore, it is our sole responsibility to make sure that we make careful choices in our decisions and determinations to bring in the right people at the first place, period.
If Dr.Albert Schram is charged as reported in The National, and if the allegations about not having the genuine credentials to qualify him to hold the most high position in the University of Technology as CEO, then one wonders who should be blamed for the blunder?
It does not require a rocket scientist or any complex mathematical equations to figure out and analyse this fiasco right now.
