THIS is clarifying where Juha PDL 9 is located, in regard to an article presented by Aja Andaya, claiming to be a clan leader of Lepani Valley in North Koroba.
You are partly correct in saying that Juha PDL 9 is located in North Koroba, Hela.
The Juha project is at the boundary of Hela and Western, moving inland into Western soil.
Therefore, I will presume that clan-vetting and other decision-making forums/meetings must be held in Western rather than in Tari or elsewhere.
