SCHOOL fees will be easier to pay this year for Joseph Waikun after winning K5000 in Trukai’s K500,000 Roots Win a Share promotion.
Waikun said last week’s win was timely as the school year was about to start.
Trukai Industries has so far given out K300,000 in cash prizes to more than 112 winners nationwide. The competition has a week left to run.
“I was struggling to look for school fees for my children when this blessing came to me and am thankful to Trukai for the opportunity,” Waikun said.
His son is a final-year student at Don Bosco Technical Institute, in Port Moresby, where he is doing a Bachelor of Education in Fitting and Machining Technology.
“I am thankful for God for the win and Trukai, especially, for the support by giving back to its loyal customers like me to enter the promotion and win this great prize,” Waikun said.
Trukai Industries brand manager Nancy Inai said the final draw this Friday will see a winner from each region take home K50,000 each.
“The main objective of the promotion was to reward our loyal consumers by giving something back to them to spend with their families,” she said.
