Kamit, Mellam join Credit Corp board

 FORMER Bank of PNG governor Sir Wilson Kamit and University of PNG vice-chancellor Prof Albert Mellam have been appointed to the board of Credit Corporation (PNG) Ltd.

Sir Wilson has just completed a three-year appointment with the Asian Development Bank as an executive director with responsibility for various nations including Korea, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka, Taipei, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu and Vietnam.

Prof Mellam has a distinguished academic career including being the foundation executive dean of the UPNG school of business administration. 

He has published many research papers on a wide variety of development issues in PNG.
