Kina Bank ANZ transition not smooth

THE Kina Bank has rushed to take over the operations of the ANZ Bank and affecting our daily business operations.
We are one of the major existing clients with ANZ for almost 25 years.
We applied for a new cheque book two weeks prior to takeover and it is taking two months to print a new cheque book by Kina Bank.
This is an indication that the bank was not really prepared to meet the requirements of the clients.
The customer service in such institutions as bank is very important as that is the source of their income.
The delay has very much affected our daily operations as we are service providers and required by our clients to deliver on schedule.
I call on the top management to come down and look into the issue to solve the problem, explain to the customers in the media why there are such delays or we have to close accounts and go to another bank.
