KINA Bank is working closely with customers to ensure they continue banking conveniently and easily.
This follows ANZ Bank’s completion of sale of its retail, commercial and small to medium enterprise (SME) businesses in the country.
Kina Bank’s general manager corporate affairs and investor relations Gavin Heard told The National that their Internet banking was working and customers were logged on.
“Our Internet banking is working normally and the vast majority of customers have logged in,” he said.
“They are transacting as usual.
“Some individual users have had specific issues, such as forgotten passwords or trying to access a different platform.”
Heard said customers who wished to login to Internet bank should follow these links:

  • ANZ personal internet banking – Kina Bank digital retail banking: https://www.mykina.com.pg/retail/,
  • ANZ business internet Banking – Kina Bank Digital corporate banking: https://www.mykina.com.pg/corporate/; and
  • ANZ Transactive – Kina Bank digital corporate banking: https://www.mykina.com.pg/corporate/

“We are working with customers to ensure they can continue banking conveniently and easily.”
The completion on the sale of ANZ Bank’s retail, commercial and SME banking businesses to Kina Bank on Monday allowed ANZ to now focus solely on institutional and large corporate banking.
The transfer to Kina Bank included 15 branches, 72 ATMs and more than 1,000 Eftpos machines, as well as ongoing roles for ANZ staff.
