KPMG announces two senior partners

KPMG PNG has announced two senior appointments to bolster its capacity to deliver services to its clients.
KPMG’s PNG country managing partner Zanie Theron said Karen McEntee would be a director and the tax practice leader of the firm.
Pieter Steyn will be a director of the firm’s audit practice.
“We are tremendously pleased to be able to bring individuals of this caliber to our leadership team who bring with them substantial PNG and overseas experience in their respective disciplines,” Theron said.
McEntee, from Ireland, has been in PNG for the past four years as a tax specialist.
She is committed to ensuring KPMG’s growing and continued success in bringing world-class tax services to existing and new clients.

Steyn brings a wealth of international and PNG experience with his background in the resources, funds management, construction and communication sectors.
