Lae Metro Darts working on deal

THE Lae Metro Darts Association hopes to have the backing of Barlow Industries as their sponsor over the next three years following recent talks.
While the details of the sponsorship are yet to confirmed Barlow presented seven new dart boards, caps and other merchandise to the association last Saturday.
Club founder Seth Daniels thanked the company saying darts was a popular game in the city.
Daniels said Lae Metro was a new association formed this year.
“We’re happy as this association has set a trend by trying to be the best in Lae,” Daniels said.
“The kind of support and approach to sports from companies in Lae over the years is encouraging and this is something we have to appreciate,” he said.
