Landowner firm pays shareholders K1mil

A LANDOWNER company from Hela and Southern Highlands has declared a profit and paid a dividend of K1 million to its shareholders last week.
Kutmor Ltd, a landowner company based in Kutubu, presented a cheque for K1 million to the directors of the company representing shareholders from Kutubu, Moran, Malanda, Kantabo, Tamadiki, Pimiga and Beneria in the Southern Highlands and Hela.
The company is owned by the landowners of both the Hela and Southern Highlands.
The recent payment was the third consecutive dividend payments made to the shareholders from the 2018 audit report.
The presentation at Moro was witnessed by representatives from Kutmor Ltd and Oil Search Ltd.
