Leaders in Western

I WRITE in view of a letter by ARAGO on Tuesday regarding Western leadership issues.
As a concerned citizen of Western, your letter portrays the inside of our leaders.
Everyone from the high political arena down to administrators, cronies and district LLG councillors have been so incompetent in running our province effectively and efficiently.
One may wonder why and how this rich province has been addressing these issues.
Is it because our leaders have been trying to build their own empires?
Is it that they are incapable of managing this province?
Is it because we are too big to manage?
We may ask these questions, but the bottom line is about how we choose our leaders.
It is up to young leaders of today to change this trend or we will continue to follow this same old regime of managing Western.
