In order to achieve that, it is important to motivate people in your team to work towards achieving goals.
Leaders should possess the quality of motivating others, providing a vision and inspiring others to achieve that vision.
They should inspire their teams to look forward to achieving goals.
It is important to set clear short-term goals.
Leaders should lead by example and not just words.
Create an environment where everybody is given a responsibility.
Be optimistic and positive in the perseverance to achieve goals.
Praise and reward those who achieve their assigned goals.
Communicate with the team on a regular basis.
Empower team members with management support and training.
We should all hope and pray that leaders with such qualities will one day bring about the changes we hope for.
