Be tough on sex offenders
I want the judiciary to impose custodial sentences on all forms of convicted sex offenders as a deterrent to many similar unreported cases on the rise. In the recent past, some judges appeared to be lenient in their judgement without being sensitive to the whole cost of resources to prosecute one reported case.
