Toughen laws on drugs:
IT is already a public concern that the Government has no choice but to pass stronger penalties for all drug offenders for the cultivation, production, trade, usage and border smuggling to deter transnational crime syndicates from using PNG as a safe haven for their illicit trade. PNG laws are so soft compared to our Asian neighbours who impose life imprisonment or the death penalty.
