Undergound better:
Samson Napo, former Bulolo Open MP (1992-2002) did not do anything good like the current MP Sam Basil. He does not even know anything about mining but wants to discuss it. I think underground mining is much better then surface or open pit because the land we do our gardening is not disturbed.

High fee:
There is a non-refundable sum of K100 charged by the National Polytechnic Institute of Papua New Guinea for entry test. I cannot figure out why the only polytechnic institute in the country is charging that amount. Many students are from subsistence farmer family background and cannot afford this amount quickly. The University of Technology charges only K10 for entry test to each student. I wonder what the institute will do with the K100 collected from the 1285 pre-selected students if they all pay and sit for entry test. I disagree with his overcharged entry test fee and appeal to the Department of Higher Education Research Science and Technology to look into this matter.

Holiday work:
Stakeholders are still running after head teachers for results and transfers, evens when it’s holiday. Don’t remove the high duty allowance (HDA). We are still doing administration work even when it’s holiday. Pay us
HAD. Can the authorities look at this and consider what we are doing is a lot. Where is the Education Minister?
