City Pharmacy Papua New Guinea Lewas’ Vicky Ara’a and Brenda Tau, pictured, returned home after playing for the Ipswich/Logan Cricket Club in the 2018/19 Katherine Raymond Shield in Queensland’s premier women’s competition, thanks to the support of the Returned and Services League of Australia’s (RSL) Port Moresby branch.
Ara’a and Tau presented RSL president Glenn Maitland with a gift in Port Moresby last week for their support of the experience.
Cricket PNG chief executive Greg Campbell thanked RSL for its support.
Maitland was pleased with how much the pair had learnt and developed.
He said RSL would be happy to help CPNG in the future.
