THE Malaysian Association of PNG (MAPNG) has been supporting charity organisation Life PNG Care for the last six years and has continued that support yesterday with a presentation of food rations and other necessities.
Life PNG Care national director Collin Pake said they were housing 75 children and had a feeding programme for underprivileged children in their community.
Pake said he believed in investing in children for a better tomorrow.
He said Life PNG Care had expanded its operations and the number of children it looked after had also increased. Pake said the food rations given by MAPNG would help them feed their children, including street kids.
Ivan Lu from MAPNG said the association had been supporting charity organisations in PNG for the last 19 years, giving more than K10 million to help Papua New Guineans.
