Lifestyle of Christians vital, says pastor

A CHURCH leader says the
lifestyle of a Christian is important.
President of the Central Papua Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church Pastor Kove Tau launched the Total Members Involvement programme of the Bisiatabu district on Saturday at Sogeri.
The programme is an initiative of the world headquarters (general conference) of the Seventh-day Adventist church to get its members involved in the ministry.
“It is not only about preaching but in your lifestyle that you can tell people about the love of Jesus,” Tau said.
He said the programme was an action plan of the Seventh-Day Adventist around the world.
“It does not only mean that you take the Bible, go to every home and preach to them,” he said.
“Lifestyle is very important.
“The lifestyle of a Christian, the lifestyle of a person who knows Jesus must reflect and act out the life of Jesus.
“The lifestyle of Jesus must be reflected and manifested to the others to know God.”
The world leader of the SDA will visit Papua New Guinea in 2019.
