Local firm launches strategic docs

A HOME-GROWN financial company, Norman Finance Ltd (NFL), launched three strategic documents on Thursday after 10 years of operation.
The company launched its action plan, a handbook and the annual report for the first time since its inception.
With the launching of the three documents, the company is now placed on a better position to manage its affairs.
Speaking during the launching in Port Moresby, managing director and owner Gabriel Andandi thanked the hard-working staff and cut the ribbon to launch it.
“I would like to take the opportunity and privilege to launch the action plan, annual report and the company handbook, which will last as long as the company lasts, so well done all of you,” Andandi said.
“Copies of the three books will be distributed to all branches nation-wide, including overseas at our Fiji office.
“The handbook will enable the employees to follow the set policies and guidelines.”
Commenting on the documents a staff member and person in- charge of the three books Donovan Kleniaka said: “A report is very important to identify any issue, evaluate it and you provide a solution to the situation based on the report, so you must have a report.”
