Locals happy with MP’s tuition fee assistance

PARENTS of students from Chuave district in Chimbu attending tertiary institutions are relieved with their tuition fee assistance of K300,000, thanks to Chuave MP Wera Mori for making the money available for the students from the district.

Mori gave K100,000 each to the three local level governments.

He said from Chuave yesterday that developing human resources for Chuave district was high on his priority list of projects.

“We invest to assist with tertiary students’ tuition fees and we are continuing this year again with K300,000,” Mori said.

With an educated population, Chuave district will progress smoothly, he said.

Mori said much potential was suppressed by fee problems.

Students from the three LLGs of Chuave, Siane and East/West Elimbari will be given chance to advance.
