Making NCD beautiful

THE move by the sports minister and NCD governor to remove barbed wire fences in residential areas is a great step forward in terms of beautification of the city. There should be a proper and standard fence in place to make the city look more welcoming to locals and foreigners who wish to take a tour in NCD. I believe that the use of razor barbed wires should only be at the prison camp and not to be used in residential or business areas because it would tarnish the view of the city.
