Man told to comply with conditions

A MAN charged with attempted murder has been told to comply with his bail conditions or he will be jailed.
Magistrate Tracy Ganaii told Michael Monida, 39, from Pari in Kundiawa-Gembogl, Chimbu, that he should not interfere with state witnesses, not leave NCD and not commit any other offence while on bail. She said any breaches of the conditions will result in his K1,000 bail being set aside and he would be remanded.
Monida was charged with attempted murder of Ginbol Wayal at Taurama Foodland in NCD on Dec 20. The case was adjourned to Feb 12.
