Manus proposal gets backing

I SUPPORT the proposal for the detention facility in East Lorengau, Manus, built at about K2 million, to be converted to a technical vocational centre under the Department of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology.

Producing fully skilled manpower and knowledgeable technocrats in the present era of science and technology is necessary.
