Marape to announce cabinet today

PRIME Minister James Marape says he will announce today his Cabinet line-up, and urged people to ignore the “fake” lists posted on social media.
“There have been so many postings on social media of fake Cabinet line-ups,” Marape said.
“I want to encourage Papua New Guineans not to peddle fake news and not to believe everything posted on social media as gospel.
“Any news of Cabinet line-ups will come from my office, not from fake news peddlers on social media.”
He said he would explain today the “rationale” behind the “new structure” of Cabinet.
“I will announce the Cabinet line-up and the rationale of the new structure. We will then proceed to our 10am appointment at Government House,” he said.
Marape said it was unfortunate that many people believed the “fake news” posted on social media.
