Marape’s Covid-19 mishap a disgrace

THE recent Coronavirus (Covid-19) mishap by Prime Minister James Marape should not be quickly swept under the carpet at Sir Manasupe Haus.
It is an absolute disgrace to this nation and someone has to pay for this misdemeanour.
The whole world is so sensitive to the Covid-19 pandemic and having our prime minister fly to a foreign country with the virus tells quiet a story to our neighbours and the rest of the world about us.
It reveals the lack of proper preparation for a prime minister’s foreign travel and puts into question the prime minister’s medical team and their competence
The Department of Prime Minister and National Executive Council should not overlook this.
An investigation is needed to figure out what went wrong.
The Covid-19 is here to stay and such shameful happenings should never occur again.
