Maru move commended

MINISTER Richard Maru must be commended for his bold stand this week.
I appreciative what he said to his ministry staff about spending K250 million on the NID project in return for 300,000 registrations.
Minister, I admire your leadership and believe that you will lift the performance of people working at National Planning and agencies.
Officers must travel to all the districts, llgs, wards, etc, to register people.  Data is crucial for any policy development.
