Masere should settle down

WHY can’t our Ijivitari MP Richard Masere be stable in either the Government or Opposition to get the road constructions from Popondetta to Safia and from town to Gona, Afore and Killeton sealed.
When will Masere’s campaign promises at Jonita village be fulfilled?
He told the public that development will start from the rural areas to urban areas.
His development plans should have started from the disadvantaged areas instead of focusing on towns.
The roofing iron distributed in Popondetta were sold to buy rice and tinned fish instead because his promise did not workout.
I think the MP has to settle and think critically for the good of his electorate’s development.
