NASFUND chief executive officer Rajeev Sharma is encouraging members to make use of its online services.
The services include the superannuation member and employer online portals, Nasfund mobile applications and client e-services introduced for service efficiency.

This year, Nasfund will introduce its 2024-2026 strategy to enhance operational efficiencies and superannuation education to members.
“We launched the e-branch in 2023, to be followed by more digital initiatives like a WhatsApp appointment process and strategic initiatives aimed at improving the overall member experience.

“The WhatsApp appointment app is a great feature because as it saves a lot of time from having to go to the branch and waiting for hours.
“This feature allows you to download the App to your phone and set an appointment to client service according to your schedule.

Nasfund online portal application is to check balances, eligibility and transactions.
The employer online portal ensures quick contribution allocation.
EsiCall is to enquire about services using the automated system.
TextBal SMS service is for instant balance check.

“We are pushing these applications and educating our customers and members so once they start using it, they don’t need to come to the branches for basic services such checking balances, updating customer data or submitting documents for client service attention,” Sharma said.
