Monitor, report overseas ships

AN overseas ship came to Kupiano and was anchored at sea on March 29.
The ship’s crew did not go through any quarantine procedure.
I wonder if local villagers and Abau district authorities monitored or reported this to the appropriate authorities in Port Moresby
Overseas ships coming into such isolated locations need to be monitored as they pose great threat of bringing in the dreaded coronavirus and affecting the people.
If Government authorities have already acted on this matter then let the people of Abau be informed and assured that appropriate actions have been taken and that the threat to people contracting coronavirus has been minimised.
