TAMBUL-Nebilyer is the largest district in the Western Highlands. It has almost 100,000 people.

It has no resources such as coffee and tea. It depends on its human resources. It is disappointing for MP Benjamin Poponawa to neglect the next generation of leaders. He must prioritise education and subsidise fees for tertiary education. Other MPs in the province have subsidised fees for their students. What about us? These districts have coffee and tea and yet their MPs recognise their students.
