Mum wins K5,000 in phone contest

A MOTHER of two is K5,000 richer after being announced as the third lucky winner of the bemobile “text and win mega draw” on Wednesday.
Cleopatra Aramanat, 33, was presented a cheque for K5,000 at the bemobile head office in Port Moresby by head of sales, marketing and customer care John Dickinson.
Aramanat said she never expected to win and was delighted when she was called on Monday and announced as the winner.
The Papua New Guinea Tourism Promotion Authority employee said she had no plans on how to spend the money but it would be only right to send part of it to her other child, who was with relatives in Wewak.
Bemobile media and promotions coordinator Jennifer Kali said this could be the last of the monthly draws as nothing had been planned for the upcoming months.
But Kali encouraged bemobile users to be loyal as other promotional events would be running soon.
