Namani steps down from Mayur board

HUBERT Namani has resigned as a director on the board of Mayur Resources Ltd.
The announcement of Namani’s resignation was made with effect last Monday.
“Mayur Resources Ltd (MRL), announces the resignation of Hubert Namani as a director of the company with effect from today (last Monday), due to increasing work commitments associated with his own business in PNG,” the company said in a statement.
“Mayur sincerely thanks Namani for his contribution to the company and its operations during his time as a director of the company.
Namani thanked Mayur for the opportunity to serve on its board and wished the company success in its future endeavours.
