THE PNG Namba Wan Trophy Ltd (NWTL) Group has invested K9 million in a commercial complex in Madang as part of its business expansion.
NWTL managing director Jim Gui told The National that phase one of the complex had been completed and would be opened soon to restore business confidence back in Madang.
“This is phase one,” he said.
“We are preparing to erect phase two.
“We hope to be one of the most modern commercial complexes in Madang.”
The architect is Jordan Seladi and it will be built by Dhawal Patel and Ela Builders and Contractors.
“We are proud that this project was built during the pandemic to help create jobs,” Gui said.
“We are also proud that during the construction, the builder recorded zero incidents which attests to their safety and compliance standards.”
Gui thanked the people of Madang and authorities for their support through the planning and building.
“We hope to get some interested business houses after they see the quality of this building,” he said.
