STAFF of the Nasfund Contributors Savings and Loan Society Limited have been encouraged to focus on providing consistent quality service to its members.
Chairman Ian Tarutia, pictured, told the staff last Thursday that as part of NCSL’s vision to become a one-stop-shop bank, they must continue to deliver service to members.
The NCSL successfully acquired a new operating system last November which allowed prompt assistance to members via online portals.
The society is looking at other innovative services to assist members with real time interactions.
“NASFUND and NCSL will be combining efforts to deliver superior services to members,” Tarutia said.
“The board approved the revised strategic action plan in 2016 and the management is now diligently working on this plan which will bring more exciting offerings to our members.”
Tarutia thanked the staff for their hard work in making 2016 a successful year.
The membership stands at more than 84,000  ranging from infants to 65-year-olds.
Its mission is to improve quality of its members’ lives through security, returns, services and product range that is offered.
NCSL has representation through NASFUND branches in Alotau, Bialla, Boroko, Buka, Goroka, Kavieng, Kimbe, Kokopo, Lae, Lihir, Lorengau, Madang, Mt. Hagen, Popondetta, Port Moresby, Tabubil, Vanimo, Wabag and Wewak.
