Neighbourhood watch the way to go for Lae

I AGREE with Lae law and order committee leader Sam Oyaya that the city needs neighborhood watch this festive season.
Neighborhood watch is good for the safety and wellbeing of people living in a community.
People will watch over each other against criminals and bad people during this time. The police will not be watching and protecting us every single minute.
When we are faced with a situation that needs their urgent attention, the police cannot immediately be there to help.
We have to protect ourselves together as neighbours and members of a community.
I commend you Sam for that.
We need to support and make this happen for the benefit of each and everyone of us.
