New hope for Gulf

I THANK the Gulf Provincial Sports Trust for the much-needed support to the sportsmen and sportswomen of Gulf.
This province has been literally overlooked for so many years, the root for its deteriorating status.
At this very moment, sports is a powerful tool that can improve Gulf.
This tool is very handy as it starts from the local up to the provincial level.
The trust has hit the bull’s eye.
It is very exciting to see the appearance of Erema FC in the Football Federation of PNG, Southern Conference.
I see this as the beginning of a new era for Gulf.
I would like to applaud Governor Chris Haiveta and trust chief executive Lawrence Lahari for the right step towards giving Gulf new life.
