New programme

A NEW project focusing on feeder roads, agriculture and small to medium enterprise (SME) loans will be rolled out next year in East New Britain, an official says.
The partnership in agriculture commercial and diversification project (PACDP) is a World Bank-funded project under the Department of Agriculture and Livestock (DAL).
DAL acting regional director for New Guinea Islands Chris Apisai, said this second phase of the production partnership agriculture project would focus on small livestock, cash crops, and spices.
