OUR country does not support our nationals in doing business.
We shut off opportunities for our countrymen as well as blindly chase away and suppress our micro sector.
We do not realise the opportunity in nurturing and mentoring this sector that will provide the transition from the micro sector to the small-and-medium business sector for our indigenous population.
We argue and write letter after letter debating buai selling, but do not seem to realise that 99.9% of all retail stores (excluding tucker shops) are foreign owned.
Just let the Asians take over all the businesses, from second-hand clothes shops to tucker shops, even buai selling.
