THE National Soccer League resumes this weekend after a two-week recess.
NSL manager Leslie Babaga said the board was currently having in-house issues with the franchises due to their travel arrangements so the draws had been adjusted only for this round.
“The round six draws will not be followed where a double-header at Bisini soccer grounds in Port Moresby is scheduled for FC Momase against FC Morobe Wawens, and Toti City FC against Southern Strikers,” Babaga said.
The soccer community in Lae will be treated to a double-header tomorrow at the Sir Ignatius Kilage Stadium when the only scheduled round six match between Buang FC and Besta PNG United will be played, followed by Toti FC and Morobe battling later in the day. The match in Port Moresby will see FC Momase go up against Southern Strikers.
Madang are currently on bye in the NSL and are taking part in the OFC Champions League in Auckland, New Zealand.
Fixtures: 1500 Toti City FC v FC Morobe Wawens;1350 Buang FC v Besta United, SIKS, Lae; 1500 FC Momase v Southern Strikers, Bisini, Port Moresby.
