Old public servants should retire now

THERE are a lot of public servants who are already past the retirement age but are continuing to work.
These group of public servants should leave the public service and make way for young people.
They should discretionary apply for retirement and leave for young energetic officers to take over.
We have young and competent officers who are well versed with working in the digital era.
They can do the job.
The Public Service Commission and the Department of Personnel Management should look into this and do something about it.
