Ottio to be laid to rest at 9-Mile

THE funeral service for the late Kato Ottio will be held tomorrow at 10am at the Sioni Kami Memorial Church at 5 Mile in Port Moresby.
PNGRFL chairman Tsaka said that the post mortem had been done last night.
“The family early this afternoon agreed for a post mortem to be done on Kato to determine the cause of death,” Tsaka said.
“Therefore the funeral service will now be held on Friday morning.” Ottio will be buried at the 9-Mile cemetery outside Port Moresby later in the afternoon.
Programme: Fri, Jan 12 – 9.45am – Casket leaves Funeral Home under police escort; 10am – Funeral service at RSKMC at 5-Mile; 10pm – Funeral service ends; 1.05pm – Casket departs for Tatana village; 1.30pm – Casket arrives at Tatana. Viewing by the community; 2.30pm – Casket leaves Tatana for 9-Mile Cemetery; 3pm – Burial service begins; 4pm – Burial service ends.
