Parapella, Tribes, Datafix set for touch grand finals

THE Corporate Touch Port Moresby (CTPM) grand finals will be staged the National Football Stadium on Oct 7.
CTPM executives confirmed the date and venue with the clubs recently.
Grand finallists will be given a week’s break to prepare for the showdown.
Teams confirmed for the grand finals are Parapella and Ontrack Tribes for the men’s division, and Datafix and Ontrack Tribes for the women’s.
Both matches are a repeat of last season’s grand finals, which Parapella and Tribes won.
Last season’s losing grand finalists Datafix and Tribes, looking sharper this year, will be out to turn their fortunes around.
Since assuming the Datafix coaching role at the start of the season, Johannes Dame has adopted a positional game plan, which has paid dividends all season for a side oozing with raw talent.
“Our preparations are good,” Dame said.
“We are working on our defence to complement our attack, which we can execute well.”
