Parkop’s images waste of funds

 I HAVE seen many colored images of NCD Governor Powes Parkop in our dailies as well as on public assets like buses and billboards. I wonder where the money is coming from to pay for such expensive colored images. What is the purpose of putting your colored images out there at the expensive of the people? Such colored images are very expensive and those MP’s regularly putting up their images on billboards and newspapers or any public assets like buses and trucks must cease and the money must be put to good use.
