Parkop gave ample notice

 WHAT are these people from Mekeo and Kerema harping about regarding the buai ban? Ample notice was given to them, including the traders in Port Moresby, by the National Capital District Commission regarding the ban. They all took it as a joke or something not very serious. How many of them approached Governor Powes Parkop to discuss the matter, offer solutions to the listed problems caused by betel nuts and suggest alternatives? No point crying over spilt milk now. Parkop has a job to do and he is one leader who has risked his political career for his city – good on you Powes. I say Powes for prime minister. How many of our leaders have such courage and firmness?
