Parkop level up Port Moresby

IF all former National Capital District (NCD) governors had developed NCD, by now NCD should be on another level under current Governor Powes Parkop.
I lived in Port Moresby for 40 years and I know what I am talking about.
I have not even voted for Parkop but, look around, he has made Port Moresby city an “Amazing City”.
Among the best that I admire is the current new-look Ela beach.
It’s best then ever before.
Many families and visitors admire Ela Beach.
Not only that, the city roads, major developments, NCD Tvet scholarship, new bus services, sports and many other initiatives to keep youths busy.
Parkop has indeed changed the image of Port Moresby.
